Early Summer Wardrobe Challenge -Ten Items/Ten Outfits
Day 5 - Blue Jeans and floral 3/4 sleeve blouse

Today I am styling skinny blue jeans and a pretty floral blouse with 3/4 sleeves (similar).  I've had this blouse for a couple of years now and it's still one of my favorites.  It is flowing and sheer and perfect for a summer day when you want a little more than an ordinary t-shirt or sleeveless top.

I like the high low hemline and the extra coverage it gives in the back.

I'm pairing it with my favorite Loft curvy skinny jeans (same) and tan sandals (same) (similar) from
Kohls.  I love the heal on these sandals as they provide enough height to stretch my legs a bit but not so much that they are uncomfortable to walk in.  Since the heat of summer hasn't set in here yet, the jeans are still cool enough to wear all day long.

When I was looking for a necklace to add to the outfit I remembered this pretty teal blue and crystal stone (similar) one I got a couple of years ago and I was happy to see it matched perfectly.  I love when that happens.

This is a look that I would feel good about wearing for an informal date night or lunch with friends.  It would also be plenty comfortable to run errands in or even make a trip to the grocery store.  I hope you are finding these core pieces to be adaptable to most any situation.  I know they are for me.
