My top 5 craft posts - Whatever Wednesday

It's Wednesday and that means it's time to post on whatever non fashion related subject I choose.

Today I want to talk about craft posts.  Specifically my five most popular craft posts.  I know this is primarily a fashion blog now but I have been crafting in one way or another my whole life and deep down I will always be a crafter at heart.  As much as I love fashion, (and I do love fashion) I will always love to make pretty things.

So here's a peek at the top 5 posts I have written on crafting...

Coming in at #5 is my tutorial on making mini fabric flags.  This is a quick and easy way to add a party theme to any bouquet.

At #4 is a project that I did as a Christmas Makerie Craft Party and one of my favorites,

And coming in 3rd is a sweet wooden block Halloween sign I did for a fall craft party.

Coming in at # 2 are these simple but sweet handmade gift bags that I put together for a few friends.

And the most popular is this painted wooden sign that I just kind of winged together.  It is still hanging all these years later.

I have never had a true viral post but the closest I've come is this post I wrote on What I learned from running an unsuccessful etsy shop which pretty much explains why I am a fashion blogger now. Ha! Ha!

I hope you enjoy this glimpse into my crafty side.  I sure had fun revisiting all these projects and am actually feeling a bit inspired to get back in my craft room.

I think I'll share that with you next Wednesday.  Have a wonderful hump day!

  2. Patty, You did make some wonderful crafts. I loved the totes. It's some times very hard to sell things worth the time and materials invested. We learned that here, with our wood crafts. Thanks for showing your things. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
