Take a look at what came in the mail today...



Isn't it so crisp and pretty?  The yellow fabrics are for the dining room valance and to recover the chairs...


I found the black gingham check at Joann's yesterday and luckily it wasn't on sale so I was able to use my 50% off coupon.  I got three yards for under $10.00.  You'll have to wait to see where I'm using that...besides the kitchen valance.

It is all coming together and I am sooooooooo excited.  More to share soon.

    Love them all! Isn't it funny to be glad when something isn't on sale? lol, I know whjat you mean though, when I get a good coupon I just hope and pray that what I want isn't marked down!

    i love the fabric!!! I have been incorporating yellow into my kitchen also. But the black check has sent me over the edge. I'm so loving what you choose. Gosh, maybe I will be a copy cat!! Love, love it!

    Pretty yardage. It's going to be beautiful. I have a bolt of fabric paid for and sitting by my sewing machine. It's waiting for me to take the time to make those curtains and cover an ottoman or two.

    Good choices, Patty. You can't go wrong with black and white check. Soooo Farmhouse and I love the warm glow the golds will give.
