I started feeling a little guilty returning those empty containers to my mom so I made these delicious White Chocolate Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies that Elaine posted yesterday. I was lucky enough to spend a day with her and her adorable daughter over at Kris' house last month and she made these cookies for dessert.
I think a container filled with them should put me back in good standing with my mom.
Let me tell you they are d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s.
And just perfect with my morning coffee.
I picked up the latest copy of Artful Blogging yesterday and am treating myself to some time with my feet up, a hot cup of coffee and a couple (or three) of these delicious cookies. Yummy!
I am heading out to my mom's later today. She is a little closer to settling in to her new home and hopefully, we will have some time to just sit and relax. I hope you find a little time to take it easy this weekend, too.
xo, Patty
