lucky girl

1/2/12

I am liking this post holiday slower pace.  I have already had my second cup of coffee and am ready to get back to my craft studio move and reorganization.  Last night my sore muscles were questioning why I started the project at all but in the morning light and two coffee buzz, I am feeling recharged and ready to go again.  Before I get started I wanted to share what a lucky girl I am with you.

In the middle of the Christmas rush I was lucky enough to win these beautiful earrings from the Parisian Bijoux.   I wish you could see the wonderful details and brilliant shine of the pink stones.

I am usually not a lucky contest girl...I never win anything so I was absolutely delighted when I received the good news.  Aren't they pretty?  Cher has a beautiful shop just waiting for you to spend your Christmas cash in.  I am totally smitten with her work and I know you will be, too.

I said I am not a lucky contest girl but I am a blessed with generous friends and family.  This gorgeous antique embroidered handkerchief was in a box of old linens that my sister in law gifted me with.  I'll share more from the box later.

Okay, enough chit chat, I better get my third cup of coffee and get to it...

Happy Monday!
