Good morning all. Happy Palm Sunday!
Thank you for your kind words and prayers these last few days. It was tougher than I thought to get through.
I woke up today full of energy and ready to take on the day. I will be back tomorrow with a quick dessert idea for your Easter table. Yikes, that's next Sunday! How did that sneak up on me?
xo, Patty
Good morning Patty. I am so sorry to come here this morning and find that I have missed some very important posts and a difficult anniversary for you. I hope you surrounded yourself with the things that bring you comfort. Like you, I get my love of the earth and being outside, from my dear father. When I am tilling the earth, and watching the birds, I feel him. When I am slogging around in the grove with a muddy hose in my hands, I feel him.
ReplyDeletePlease know that you are in my thoughts.
I have been absent from blogging. I have some serious "stuff" going on here. We will get through it. But finding my voice via my blog, has not come yet.
XO Kris
I've probably said this before, but I always enjoy stopping by here. Your words are beautiful and so is your house. It is cozy and warm. And I feel like I have a friend in you and your home.

I am thinking of you. They say time is a big healer, and gradually yes it is, however anniversaries are too hard to bear sometimes. Easter Sunday next week...yikes! It is the busiest time for me in work next week, Palm Sunday today, Maundy Thursday (with 130 to cater for for lunch!!) and then Holy Saturday (which is my favourite service of the year with the candles in the Cathedral). I'm looking forward to having a break soon! Take care. Chel x
ReplyDeleteStill thinking of you, Patty, and keeping you in my prayers. Your pictures reflect the beauty that you surround yourself with and I do think that is healing in, and of, itself. xo Diana
ReplyDeletePleased to hear you are feeling positive today, my thoughts are with you.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing your easter dessert idea.
