I am off to buy my first pumpkins of the season today. The weatherman promises me (ha, ha) that we have seen the last of our record breaking heat and I am having serious pumpkin envy with all the gorgeous pumpkins you all have displayed.
Quick question...How many pumpkins are too many?
Do tell...
xo, Patty
Can you have too many?....I don't think so! Love your picture today!
ReplyDeleteno such thing as too many pumpkins!
ReplyDeleteOh silly one, you can't have too many pumpkins!!! Although I say this, I am lacking here at Grover's Grove, in the pumpkin department. I usually buy dozens, and lay them hither and yon. But this year, I have only bought a few.
ReplyDeleteHave fun. And yea for cooler weather. Still mid nineties here today...but tomorrow promises to be 10 degrees cooler!
xo Kris
I don't think you can have too many pumpkins until it is time to get rid of them. Either make a whole lot of pumpkin pies or the garbage or compote pile get's them. I actually grew my own pumpkins this year. One plant gave me four pumpkins so that is how many I am decorating with. Hugs!!
ReplyDeleteHi Patty, I have been following your blog for some time now, it's such a sweet place to visit. I to have been waiting for some fall like weather to blow my way. It comes for a day and leaves again. I am also heading out to buy some pumpkins anyway, I think the more the merrier!!! Have a great day, Shari!
ReplyDeleteProbably a gazillion pumpkins is too many!! Are those sunflowers real? They are just gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteThere simply is no such thing as too many pumpkins :)
ReplyDeleteYou have such a lovely blog! I have added you to my reader! My hubby loves to roast pumpkin seeds and my boys love them too so they always get a few pumpkins every year. I just like to put them around to decorate.
ReplyDeleteI also love the plastic pumpkins that you can buy at The Dollar store. They're fun to spray paint white and display around, lol!
So awesome to find another sister in Christ. I see my friend Hope reads your blog as well. Small world!
Your picture is lovely. My kitchen is also done in fall colors. What beautiful colors.
ReplyDeleteOh you do inspire some pumpkin gathering. Our weather has been hot for a couple of days now, but the heat is on the way out. Next week ... Rain!!! Yeah!
ReplyDeletePlease show us what you get!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness ~ you can never have too many pumpkins, pumpkin soup (easy peasy), pumpkins to decorate with, pumpkin roll, pumpkin pie, pumpkin seeds ~ never too many. Have fun getting your pumpkins ;-)
ReplyDeleteMaybe 50. Not 49. But yes 50 is too much. :) Just being a smarty pants.
ReplyDeleteNope! No such thing as too many pumpkins. The warm colors you use in your house are going to lend themselves so well to pumpkins, so go get yourself a bunch. Have fun.
